Job summary

Michaels in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a personable team member to help maintain a clean, safe store environment and deliver friendly customer service. You will assist customers, stock and organize products, and participate in checkout operations to ensure a smooth shopping experience.

This role supports in-store operations and participates in rewards enrollment, BOPIS/SFS processes, and general store maintenance.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or cleaning experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Maintain store cleanliness and recovery standards to deliver Brand Promises.
• Provide friendly customer service and help customers shop the store.
• Assist with checkout and cash handling to standard.
• Engage customers on rewards programs and enrollments.
• Support omni-channel processes and in-store tasks as needed.
