Job summary

The Michaels Companies Louisville, KY store is seeking a part-time Retail Environment Team Member to help customers find products, maintain store cleanliness, and perform general cleaning duties. Qualifications

• Retail and/or cleaning experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a high standard of overall look and feel of the store; keep areas clean and recovery standards.
• Deliver friendly customer service; help customers find what they’re looking for.
• Collect and dispose of trash; dust and damp mop floors as specified.
• Deep clean key areas (bathrooms, breakrooms, entryways, high-traffic areas).
• Assist with checkout; enroll rewards programs; support omni-channel processes (BOPIS, SFS).
• Assist truck unloading, stocking, and planogram (POG) processes; support shrink and safety programs.
