Job summary

Kohl's is seeking a store associate to maintain a safe, clean store environment and deliver excellent customer service. You will perform daily cleaning, stockroom support, and assist customers with product and service inquiries.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail.
• Verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills.
• No retail experience required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Clean all areas of the store following Kohl's standards and guidelines.
• Use approved chemicals, supplies, and equipment for safety and cleanliness.
• Maintain inventory of chemicals and supplies and reorder as needed.
• Complete required training for chemical, equipment, and maintenance.
• Perform basic equipment maintenance as directed.
• Utilize Kohl's tools and technology to communicate with the store team.
• Assist with stockroom operations and omni-channel fulfillment when needed.
• Engage customers by greeting them and offering help with products.
