Responsibilities

• Clean all areas of the store following Kohl's standards.
• Use approved chemicals and equipment for safety and cleanliness.
• Maintain inventory of chemicals and supplies and reorder as needed.
• Complete required training for chemical handling and maintenance.
• Perform basic equipment maintenance according to guidelines.
• Use Kohl's tools and technology to communicate with the team.
• Assist operations team with stockroom and omni-channel fulfillment when needed.
• Engage customers by greeting them and offering assistance.
