Job summary

Kohl's is hiring a store associate to keep a safe, clean environment across the store and support daily operations. You will perform cleaning tasks, assist customers, and help with stockroom and omni-channel processes.

The role requires availability for mornings, days, nights, weekends and holidays, and no retail experience is required. Pay starts at $14.10 per hour and grows with experience.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail.
• Good verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills.
• No retail experience required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Clean all areas of the store following Kohl's procedures and standards.
• Use approved chemicals, supplies, and equipment for safety and cleanliness.
• Monitor and replenish chemicals and supplies; rotate and store properly.
• Complete training for chemical use, equipment, and maintenance.
• Perform basic equipment maintenance per guidelines.
• Use Kohl's tools to plan, communicate, and share information with the team.
• Support stockroom operations and omni-channel fulfillment when needed.
• Engage customers by greeting and offering assistance.
