Job summary

Kohl's is seeking an associate to help maintain a safe, clean store environment and support daily operating tasks. You will perform cleaning duties across all store areas, stock supplies, and assist with receiving and omni-channel fulfillment while engaging customers and delivering a positive shopping experience.

Ideal candidates bring excellent customer service, attention to detail, and flexible availability for daytime, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service mindset and ability to multi-task
• Strong verbal and written communication
• No retail experience required
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Clean all store areas (floors, windows, restrooms, trash) per Kohl's standards
• Use only approved chemicals and equipment
• Maintain inventory of supplies and rotate storage properly
• Complete required training for chemicals and equipment
• Perform basic equipment maintenance
• Use Kohl's tools to plan and communicate with the store team
• Assist with receiving, stockroom duties and omni-channel fulfillment when needed
• Engage customers by greeting them and offering help
