Job summary

Michaels Stores is seeking a Store Associate in Otsego, MN. You will keep the store clean, assist customers, handle checkout, and support omni-channel processes like BOPIS and SFS. You’ll contribute to a positive shopping environment and follow SOPs.

Ideal candidates have retail or cleaning experience, strong customer service, and the ability to stand and move throughout the shift, including lifting and bending as needed.

Qualifications

• Retail or cleaning experience preferred.
• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Ability to stand for long periods and move around a store.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clean and organized store areas and recover standards.
• Assist customers, help them find items and participate in checkout.
• Participate in BOPIS and Ship from Store processes and stock shelves.
