Job summary

Michaels Fargo store is seeking a janitorial/retail associate to maintain a high standard of cleanliness and assist customers. The role emphasizes delivering friendly service and helping shoppers find items throughout the store.

You will perform dusting, mopping, trash disposal, stocking, and participate in omni-channel processes such as BOPIS and SFS, with positive teamwork and adherence to store policies. Evening and weekend shifts may apply.

Qualifications

• Retail experience preferred.
• Must be at least sixteen (16) years or older.

Responsibilities

• Maintain store cleanliness and recovery standards to deliver brand promises.
• Provide friendly customer service and help customers shop the store.
• Assist with Omni channel processes including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship from Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck unloading, stocking and planogram (POG) processes.
• Support shrink and safety programs and adhere to SOPs.
