Rally House is seeking a Team Captain to guide store associates, maintain high energy and a strong customer‑service culture, and ensure smooth daily operations. You’ll coach teammates on service standards and help execute promotions during peak periods and local sports events.

The role emphasizes clear communication, urgency, and teamwork to drive guest satisfaction and sales across shifts in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• 1-2 years of retail experience.
• Availability to work 10 to 20 hours per week including daytime, nights, weekends, holidays, and featured local sports events.

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding and training of new team members.
• Maintain a high-energy store culture and model service behaviors.
• Provide in-the-moment coaching and feedback to team members.
• Prioritize and delegate tasks during shifts to ensure execution.
• Serve as a go-to resource for basic operational questions and monitor daily routines.
• Escalate operational risks and gaps to leadership quickly.
• Lead recovery, replenishment, and fixture resets during shifts.
• Ensure merchandising standards are maintained and guide on visual standards.
