• Prioritize, organize, and follow up on office tasks.
• Maintain security of store assets, cash, fuel, and inventories.
• Handle accounts receivable tasks such as deposits and banking.
• Complete store paperwork, daily reports, and inventory adjustments.
• Order office supplies and process store invoices with cost and price auditing.
• Record sales and purchases, balance records, and verify payroll timecards.
• Maintain a valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
