Qualifications

• 2+ years of related experience in retail, foodservice, or a Maverik store environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently while managing travel and shifting priorities.
• Valid driver’s license and comfort with extensive travel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for store teams.
• Physical ability to stand, lift, and perform in-store audits.
• Willingness to travel within the two-hour radius specified.

In this role, you’ll travel to various store locations to conduct inventory and cash audits, train store teams on best practices, and help identify opportunities for improvement. Location/Schedule:

This is a field-based role that requires travel. The position offers a 40-hour work week, Monday through Friday, with occasional overnight travel. Candidates located in the Tulsa, OK area are preferred; however, candidates within approximately 20 miles of Tulsa may also be considered. Travel is generally within a two-hour radius and may include Northeast Oklahoma, Northwest Arkansas, and Southwest Missouri.

Compensation & Benefits

Pay Range: $18.50 - $20.00/hour + DOE + Bonus Opportunity

The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Maverik considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers, such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills, and current market conditions.
