A convenience store chain is seeking a team member in Los Lunas, New Mexico, to lead supervisory tasks, engage with customers, and enhance team development. Qualifications

• ServeSafe Certification: Currently certified or willing to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example by fulfilling and overseeing all tasks.
• Assist with the training, mentoring, and supervision of all Team members.
• Support the inspection of facilities and equipment for safety.
• Complete general reporting and bookkeeping responsibilities.

Physical Requirements

• This position involves frequent standing, walking, handling, and horizontal reaching. It also requires reaching above shoulder level and below the waist, as well as activities such as bending, stooping, squatting, crouching, kneeling, and pushing. The role may involve lifting, carrying, or moving objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to work safely with equipment that generates and maintains high temperatures, while wearing appropriate personal protective equipment.
