Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent is a plus.
• Retail management experience in a high-volume or high-profile store preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and staff.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and move around the store.
• Flexible schedule including day, evening, weekends and possible travel.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in analyzing business trends and strategic planning for the store.
• Educate the team on sales and profit performance tools and resources.
• Create a consistent customer experience aligned to RL brand expectations by supporting store vision.
• Assist in developing the store client development strategy and lead community outreach.
• Drive recruitment activities in the store market and oversee talent development conversations.
• Maintain inventory control and uphold store standards to achieve shrink goals.
• Champion use of new technology to support selling techniques and shopping options.
• Ensure all company policies and procedures are followed.
