Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a retail environment.
• Strong customer service and sales skills.
• Ability to work non-traditional hours; weekends and holidays.
• Basic computer skills and cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Provide consistently high standards of customer experience within the Store in accordance with brand values and service standards.
• Through effective customer service, achieve or exceed sales, KPIs and profitability targets.
• Process sales transactions at checkout accurately and securely.
• Maintain store cleanliness and order per visual merchandising guidelines.
• Execute and process incoming and outgoing merchandise; manage stock levels.
• Assist with stock counts and product availability as needed.
• Comply with all policies, procedures and core competencies.
• Maintain a safe, healthy and compliant working/shopping environment.
• Work non-traditional hours; weekends, evenings, holidays; overtime may be required.
• Knowledge of MS Office; learn to use store systems effectively.
