Job summary

PUMA Group is seeking a motivated retail team member to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales at our store in the United States. You will help with checkout transactions, stock handling, and maintaining visual standards, while supporting a safe, welcoming shopping environment.

The role requires a willingness to work weekends/evenings/holidays and to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment. Prior retail experience is preferred, and basic computer skills are required.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a retail environment or related field
• Strong team player and ability to learn quickly
• Basic computer skills and MS Office knowledge

Responsibilities

• Provide consistently high standards of customer experience at the store checkout and in-store service.
• Process sales transactions accurately at checkout.
• Maintain store cleanliness and adhere to visual merchandising guidelines.
• Assist with receiving and processing incoming/outgoing merchandise.
• Help manage stock levels and product availability.
• Comply with Policies, procedures and safety standards.
• Be flexible with non-traditional hours including weekends, evenings and holidays.
