The Finish Line, Inc. is looking for a Store Associate in Costa Mesa, CA to assist with daily store operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will contribute to sales, merchandising, and high standards of customer service.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, engaging customers, handling transactions, and supporting team goals. The role requires flexibility to work mornings, days, and weekends, with opportunities for growth within the company.

Formación

• Experience in retail or similar role with sales targets.
• Customer-centric, delivering outstanding customer service.
• Strong communication and collaboration in fast-paced environments.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends/holidays.
• Basic math skills and familiarity with POS systems.
• Must be at least 18 years old (16+ in certain locations).

Responsabilidades

• Create an exceptional shopping experience by addressing customer needs and resolving issues.
• Drive store sales and profitability through merchandising, promotions, and targets.
• Participate in inventory, visual merchandising, shipments, order fulfillment and store maintenance.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store goals and adhere to policies.
• Take on additional duties and projects as required.
