Qualifications

• Experience in retail or similar role with a track record of achieving sales targets preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create an exceptional shopping experience by addressing customer needs and ensuring high customer service standards.
• Drive store sales and profitability through effective merchandise management and promotional strategies.
• Participate in daily operations including inventory management, visual merchandising, shipment workflow, order fulfillment and store maintenance.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve store sales and operational goals while following policies and safety regulations.
• Take on additional duties and projects as required.
