Job summary

The Finish Line, Inc. is seeking an Associate to support daily store operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will help shape store success and contribute to company growth through strong service and sales performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or similar role preferred.
• Customer-centric focus and the ability to create memorable shopping experiences.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic math skills and familiarity with POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Create an exceptional shopping experience by addressing customer needs and resolving issues.
• Drive store sales and profitability through effective merchandise management and promotions.
• Participate in daily operations including inventory, visual merchandising, shipments and store maintenance.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales and operational goals.
• Perform additional duties and projects as required.
