Job summary

Goodwill Central Oklahoma is hiring to provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers and to perform a variety of general store duties including collecting, sorting, processing and selling merchandise.

This is not a supervisory role. Starting pay is $13.25 per hour, with benefits like Medical, Vision, Life, 401k, and access to the RISE program for personal and career growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, preferred.
• Ability to speak, read and write the English language.
• Reliable transportation and communication, required.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to customers and donors.
• Distribute items from the back room to the correct areas of the store.
• Clean and straighten items on the floor and maintain store cleanliness.
• Abide by Goodwill Industries policies and procedures.
• Greet and assist donors/customers while directing complaints to management.
• Assist in loading and unloading of Goodwill trucks and trailers.
