Job summary

Finish Line is seeking an Associate to support daily store operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced retail environment. You will help drive sales, manage merchandise, and uphold standards to ensure customer satisfaction.

The role requires a weekly availability including mornings, days, and nights, with weekend and holiday flexibility. Excellent communication and teamwork are essential to thrive in our dynamic store setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or similar role, with a track record of achieving sales targets is preferred.
• Customer-centric: passion for delivering outstanding customer service and creating memorable shopping experiences.
• Communication & collaboration: strong interpersonal and communication skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Create an exceptional shopping experience by addressing customer needs, resolving issues, and ensuring high standards of service.
• Drive store sales and profitability through merchandise management, promotions, and achieving targets.
• Participate in daily operations including inventory management, visual merchandising, shipment workflow, order fulfillment and store maintenance.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales and operational goals while following policies and safety regulations.
• Take on additional duties and projects as required.
