Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Customer Experience: Create an exceptional shopping experience by addressing customer needs, resolving issues, and ensuring high standards of customer service.
• Sales & Performance: Drive store sales and profitability through effective merchandise management, promotional strategies, and achieving sales targets.
• Operational Excellence: Inventory management, visual merchandising, shipment workflow, order fulfillment and store maintenance; ensure compliance with policies and safety.
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store sales and operational goals; follow store policies.
• Additional duties and projects as required.
