Job summary

ALDI USA is seeking a store associate toMerchandise and stock products, cashier, and help keep the store clean and welcoming. You will work with the ALDI team to deliver excellent customer service and ensure smooth store operations.

The role is full-time with an average of 30+ hours per week, starting wage of $20.50 per hour, and scheduled wage increases in Year 2–5. Benefits include health coverage, retirement plans, and employee perks.

Qualifications

• Must provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficient with store equipment including cash register, baler, pallet jacks and handheld devices.
• Able to follow ALDI operating policies and procedures, communicate clearly, and perform basic arithmetic.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise and stock products and keep shelves neat.
• Operate POS to process customer purchases accurately and handle cash.
• Assist with curbside pickup and ensure timely delivery to customers.
• Maintain store cleanliness and adhere to safety guidelines.
• Support management to achieve efficiency and loss-prevention goals.
