Job summary

ALDI USA is seeking a dedicated Store Associate to support merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and general store cleanliness. You will work with the ALDI team to enhance the customer shopping experience and uphold exceptional service standards.

The role is full-time with 30+ hours per week and begins at $19.00 per hour, with planned increases in subsequent years. A strong emphasis on efficiency, accuracy, and teamwork will help drive store performance.

Qualifications

• Prompt and courteous customer service is required.
• Ability to operate store equipment such as cash registers and POS.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise, stock, and maintain shelves according to planograms.
• Cashier responsibilities and proper use of POS system.

• Ensure store cleanliness and safety standards are met.
• Support curbside pickup and order retrieval when needed.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues promptly.
