Job summary

ALDI USA is hiring a store associate to support merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and cleaning responsibilities. You will enhance the customer shopping experience by collaborating with the ALDI team and delivering exceptional customer service.

The role is full-time with average hours over 30 per week and starting wage of $17.50 per hour, with scheduled increases through Year 5 to $19.50. Prior retail experience is preferred, and basic arithmetic and communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• Provides prompt and courteous customer service.
• Operates POS and scans items accurately.
• Communicates store policies and procedures.
• Maintains accurate cash handling and balance procedures.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and assist customers with inquiries.
• Operate cash registers and POS systems, processing purchases efficiently.
• Stock shelves and displays while following merchandising plans.
• Complete curbside pickup orders and ensure timely delivery to customers’ vehicles.
