Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Must be able to relocate within a 50-mile radius.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including openings/closings, weekends, and holidays.
• Serve Safe certification or equivalent food safety training is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in operating a single Panda Express store and lead a team of associates to meet financial goals and deliver guest satisfaction.
• Hire, train, supervise, and direct staff to ensure smooth store performance.
• Participate in a multi-week store leadership training program to ensure readiness for promotions.
