Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager to help run a single Panda Express store and lead a team toward delivering exceptional guest experiences.

You’ll be responsible for hiring, directing associates, and achieving financial goals while undergoing a multi-week leadership training program. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for growth within a quickly expanding family of restaurants.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing of associates to achieve financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Support leadership and participate in a 3+ weeks store leadership training program to prepare for success.
• Contribute to a positive guest experience and drive store performance through teamwork and execution.
