Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager to help operate a single Panda Express store. You will hire, supervise and direct team members to meet financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

A 3+ week leadership training program is provided to prepare you for success. The role requires flexibility for opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, and a Serve Safe certified food safety standard.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.
