You will hire, supervise and direct associates to achieve financial goals while delivering exceptional guest experiences. A 3+ weeks leadership training program will prepare you for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that includes opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single Panda Express store
• Hire, supervise and direct associates to achieve financial goals and guest satisfaction
• Provide exceptional guest experiences and uphold brand standards
• Participate in store leadership training program and development
• Support opening/closing duties and flexible scheduling as needed
