Job summary

GPM Investments, LLC is hiring an Assistant Manager for Store 559 in Edgewood, IL. You will support the Store Manager in daily operations, run the register, and uphold outstanding customer service.

You will coach a team, handle inventory and merchandising, create schedules, and step in as acting manager when needed. This role offers weekly pay, a sign-on bonus after six months, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old.
• Ability to work weekends, holidays, and second/third shifts.
• Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle with insurance for deposits.
• Food Safety Certification or ability to obtain.
• Proficient English with basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Run the register with speed, accuracy and a positive attitude.
• Coach and motivate team to upsell products and promotions.
• Hire, train and lead a customer-focused team.
• Step in as acting manager when Store Manager is off.
• Handle inventory, ordering and merchandising.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming store including restrooms and pumps.
• Create and manage team schedules for full coverage.
• Perform daily cash handling, deposits and oversee store financials.
• Provide feedback and leadership to motivate the team.
