FashionUnited is seeking a Store Assistant Manager to work with the Store Manager on all store operations and to guide a brand advocate team to deliver an exceptional customer experience aligned with our brand values.

You will lead with a strong client focus, support store merchandising, inventory, and daily operations, and ensure compliance with company standards while fostering staff development and accountability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of retail experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to coordinate people, resources, and services to address business goals.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of retail operations including sales, customer service, merchandising, inventory control, and loss prevention.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Store Manager to maximize profitability by ensuring engagement, merchandising, operations, and community connection meet company standards.
• Create amazing customer experiences through strong client focus and collaboration, ensuring the team delivers memorable experiences.
• Partner with Store Manager to implement visual merchandising directives to maintain brand strategies.
• Ensure appropriate replenishment of merchandise on the selling floor.
• Support loss prevention and safety policies and procedures, and company directives.
• Assist in training, operations, sales, merchandising, inventory management, and store administration.
• Foster development and accountability within the team.
• Process information through the POS system and store computer systems.
• Assist in selecting and hiring qualified candidates.
• Be flexible and perform duties beyond the explicit role when required.
