FashionUnited in Los Angeles seeks a Store Assistant Manager to collaborate with the Store Manager on operations and to guide a team of brand advocates in delivering a remarkable customer experience aligned with brand values.

You will partner with the Store Manager to maximize profitability, ensure strong client focus, and implement visual merchandising directives while maintaining brand strategies and loss prevention standards.

Qualifications

• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to coordinate people, resources, and services to address business goals and needs.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of retail operations including sales, customer service, merchandising, inventory control, store budget preparation, and loss prevention.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Store Manager to maximize profitability by ensuring customer engagement, merchandising, operations, and community connection are consistent with company standards.
• Create amazing customer experiences through a strong client focus and collaboration.
• Partner with the Store Manager to implement visual merchandising directives to maintain brand strategies.
• Ensure replenishment of merchandise on the selling floor.
• Assist in training, operations, sales, visual merchandising, inventory management, store administration, and customer service.
• Foster an environment of development and accountability.
• Process information or merchandise through the computer system and POS register system.
• Assist Store Manager in the selection and hiring of qualified candidates.
• Be flexible and occasionally perform work outside your specific role.
