Socket.dev is looking for a Store Assistant Manager (full-time) to support the Store Manager in daily operations in Calexico, CA. You will guide a team of brand advocates to deliver an exceptional customer experience aligned with our brand values and standards.

You will oversee training, merchandising, inventory, and store administration while ensuring adherence to loss prevention policies. This role requires a flexible schedule and strong leadership to drive performance and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of retail experience.
• Strong organizational and written/verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of retail operations including sales, inventory, and loss prevention.
• Ability to train and develop staff and guide a team.
• Flexibility to work varied retail hours including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Store Manager to maximize profitability through customer engagement, merchandising, and operations.
• Create great customer experiences with a strong client focus and teamwork.
• Implement visual merchandising directives to align with brand strategy.
• Ensure replenishment of merchandise on the selling floor.
• Assist with hiring and onboarding of qualified candidates.
