• Perform Opening and Closing routines and supervise daily store operations.

• Train and develop non-management staff for growth and engagement.
• Demonstrate product knowledge, drive sales, and maintain brand standards.
• Build and maintain visual displays aligned with brand guidelines.
• Analyze store reports to inform decision making.
