Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead daily store operations, analyze the business, and ensure best-in-class customer service. You will supervise opening/closing routines, manage staffing and payroll, and coach non-management staff while driving sales through product knowledge and visual execution.

The role emphasizes talent development, internal promotion, and maintaining brand standards in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree OR one year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.
• Maintain a strong customer focus and awareness of fashion trends.
• Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills; coach others.

Responsibilities

• Open and close routines; supervise salesfloor and stockroom to ensure excellent service and seamless operations.
• Coordinate staffing and scheduling and payroll management.
• Train and develop non-management staff.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness to drive sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays and analyze reporting to inform decisions.
• Protect store assets and perform inventory control.
• Operate POS and fulfill OMNI Channel orders.
• Represent the Abercrombie & Fitch brand and uphold company values.
