Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School degree or equivalent.
• 1-3 years of successful management experience in a retail environment.
• Strong selling experience with the proven ability to meet or exceed performance standards.
• Strong communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
• Proven experience in attracting, developing and retaining strong talent.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Flexibility to work opening/closing shifts, weekends, holidays, and overtime as business dictates.
• Strong working knowledge of POS systems.
• Advanced degree (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction in sales, merchandising, and customer service.
• Recruit, select, train and coach store associates.
• Lead and maintain guest service standards and profitability.
• Review performance metrics to drive store profitability.
• Ensure store operations, visuals, inventory, security and policies are followed.
• Assist onboarding and development of new hires.
• Open/close store procedures and handle sales transactions.
• Protect cash, inventory and company assets.
