Jockey is seeking an energetic Assistant Manager for our North Conway, NH location. You will lead as MOD, directing in key metrics, sales and profitability, merchandising, customer service, and staff development.

We value leadership aligned with Jockey’s culture, focus on teamwork, and consistent guest service. The role involves recruiting, training, and coaching a high-performance team while upholding store standards and corporate programs.

Formación

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years retail management experience.
• Strong selling experience; meet/exceed performance.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to attract and retain talent.
• Flexibility for opening/closing shifts, weekends and holidays.
• Strong working knowledge of POS systems.
• Advanced degree.

Responsabilidades

• Demonstrate leadership reflecting Jockey’s values and culture.
• Establish positive relationships with coworkers and guests to drive satisfaction.
• Lead and maintain accountability in guest service through training.
• Assist in recruiting, selecting and training store associates.
• Support onboarding, training and development of new hires.
• Lead and inspire store team to create a high-performance sales and management team.
• Review key performance metrics with staff to drive profitability and service.
• Maintain store standards, visuals, security, inventory and policies.
• Assist with merchandising and adherence to visual standards.
• Open/close procedures and processing of sales transactions.
• Protect cash and assets according to policies.
• Other duties as assigned.
