You will manage your division of responsibility, assist with recruiting and training, and help create a collaborative environment that exceeds goals and engages the community through events.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of retail management experience with similar scope.
• Passion for our brand, customers, and teams.
• Stay up to date with fashion trends and industry developments.
• Embrace teamwork, flexibility, and courtesy while executing tasks.
• Innovate and champion new ideas while navigating uncertainty, with strong problem-solving skills.
• Scheduling flexibility including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must bend, reach, stretch and lift at least 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Director & Associate Store Manager to directly impact business results with a meaningful connection to every aspect of the brand while maximizing profitability.
• Own your designated division of responsibility (Visual Merchandising, Operations, HR, Service & Selling).
• Manage store operations, systems, and technology while ensuring accountability.
• Assist Store Director & Associate Store Manager with recruiting, training and development efforts.
• Partner to curate a collaborative working environment for all associates.
• Ensure the team is always on track to exceed goals and provide best-in-class customer service.
• Lead fit sessions to boost product knowledge for associates and elevate customer connection.
• Engage the community and build loyalty through events.
• Be prepared to step into various roles on the sales floor when needed.
