Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in retail.
• 1+ year in a supervisory or team lead role.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Head Coach to recruit, hire, and onboard talent.
• Lead ongoing training and development plans for team members.
• Coach performance and support corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with safety, cash handling, and policies.
• Act as operational leader-on-duty in Head Coach’s absence.
• Lead visual merchandising and seasonal transitions.
• Maintain store organization and back-of-house standards.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve escalated issues.
