Job summary

Qualifications

• Must read, write, speak English proficiently.
• Able to stand or walk for full shifts.
• Regularly lift 25 lbs and occasionally 50 lbs.
• Able to work in dusty environments and varying temps.
• Willing to travel to different store locations.
• Strong customer service and teamwork skills.
• Adherence to schedules and attendance policies.

Responsibilities

• Use loss prevention tools to identify and minimize loss.
• Detain customers, associates, and vendors for theft as directed.
• Represent the company in criminal actions after apprehensions.
• Coordinate with store management to address vulnerabilities.
• Maintain security of doors and entrances.
• Provide prompt, courteous customer service.
• Perform duties following safety and company policies.
