Qualifications

• 1+ years of professional retail experience.
• Experience in customer service, training, and merchandise ordering is preferred.
• Proficient with Google Workspace and Qlik.
• Available to work nights and weekends as needed.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Champion exceptional customer service for diverse clientele, fostering a welcoming environment.
• Bridge the gap between customers and corporate customer service for effective resolutions.
• Promote company initiatives (donations, loyalty programs, promotions).
• Create effective work schedules for the assigned area.
• Guide and support the team to ensure task completion and collaboration.
• Support training for store associates and growth opportunities across levels.
• Manage merchandise presentation and signage, ensuring adherence to guidelines.
• Verify pricing and inbound shipments; report errors and perform daily checks.
• Handle packaways, returns, transfers, and recalls per policy.
• Assist with opening/closing procedures and operate a cash register as needed.
