Qualifications

• 1+ years professional experience in retail environments.
• Experience in customer service, training, and merchandise ordering/receiving preferred.
• Availability to work nights and weekends.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service for a diverse clientele and foster an inclusive environment.
• Bridge the gap between customers and corporate customer service to ensure effective resolutions.
• Promote company-wide customer initiatives (donations, loyalty programs, promotions).
• Create effective work schedules for the assigned area.
• Provide guidance and support to the team to ensure task completion and foster collaboration.
• Support training for store associates in your area and growth opportunities across levels.
