Qualifications

• 1+ years of professional retail experience.
• Experience in customer service, training, and merchandise ordering/receiving preferred.
• Computer skills include Google platform (Email, Sites, Slides, Drive, Docs, Sheets) and Qlik.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and merchandising of assigned areas.
• Maintain exceptional customer service and guide the team using the T.R.E.A.T. model.
• Create effective work schedules for the assigned area.
• Provide training support to store associates and foster growth across the team.
• Ensure pricing accuracy, signage, and in-store merchandising standards.
