Job summary

Qonto operates a fully remote-first storage team across Europe, ensuring banking-grade data remains resilient and accessible. You will manage production storage services, including PostgreSQL, Redis, Kafka and Elasticsearch, and drive incident response, backups, and disaster recovery strategies.

You will also build self-service tooling for backend teams and help shape AI agent interactions with storage APIs, all while collaborating with risk and compliance to maintain banking standards.

Qualifications

• Experience with production-grade reliability and incident management.
• Ability to ship features for internal platform tools.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted debugging and tooling.

Responsibilities

• Operate and safeguard storage infrastructure in production (PostgreSQL, Redis, Kafka, Elasticsearch).
• Own incident response and root-cause analysis under pressure.
• Define and prioritize backup and disaster-recovery scenarios with Risk & Compliance.
• Ship code for internal platform APIs and self-service tooling for backend teams.
• Support AI agents access to sensitive systems with safety and traceability.
