Job summary

The candidate will implement automation for provisioning, patching, backups, and runbooks, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet strict SLAs and auditability requirements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in infrastructure engineering
• Experience using enterprise AI capabilities with validation
• Review AI recommendations before implementation with focus on resiliency and security
• Strong storage fundamentals including RAID, erasure coding, replication, snapshots

Responsibilities

• Handle storage infra projects with end-to-end monitoring and resilience
• Use AI capabilities to accelerate analysis and capacity documentation
• Implement automation for provisioning, patches, backups, and checks
• Lead incident responses for storage outages and root-cause analysis
• Create runbooks and on-call procedures
• Collaborate with cross-team to meet workload reliability
• Implement AI-driven observability and AIOps with safe rollout
• Own and improve SLAs, SLOs, and error budgets
