Job summary

CACI is seeking a Storage Services Lead to manage a global 24/7 storage operations team supporting the DIA CIS program. You will oversee SAN/NAS/object/cloud storage, ensure SLA compliance, and collaborate with engineering teams and government stakeholders.

Qualified candidates hold TS/SCI (poly), NCDA or equivalent, and have 6+ years in enterprise storage. This role requires leadership of distributed teams and familiarity with IC ITE and classified environments.

Qualifications

• Must hold a TS/SCI clearance with the ability to obtain poly
• Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams, manage SLAs, and coordinate with engineering stakeholders
• NCDA or equivalent storage certification
• DOD 8140 Certification (Security+ or higher)
• AA/BS/MS/PhD with extensive storage experience
• 6+ years hands-on with enterprise storage systems

Responsibilities

• Lead the storage team to provide 24/7 global operational support and break/fix for storage systems
• Coordinate with engineering and government stakeholders to refine requirements and ensure SLA compliance
• Deploy and maintain storage technologies (SAN, NAS, object, cloud) during SDLC
• Monitor provisioning, security, and throughput to optimize infrastructure utilization
• Oversee backups, replication, DR and COOP exercises to meet time-to-restore SLAs
• Drive CSI and maintain SOPs and CD/BL data deliverables
