Qualifications

• Must hold a current Top Secret/SCI clearance with ability to obtain poly prior to start.
• Minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience integrating, operating, and maintaining IT hardware.

Responsibilities

• Provide secure, continuous support for all physical and virtual storage systems.
• Perform operational activities including incident analysis and troubleshooting.
• Monitor capacity and performance metrics to maintain an optimal user experience.
