Qualifications

• Willingness to work with the public and provide excellent customer service.
• Able to perform basic office cleaning and property walks.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Own reliable transportation and valid North Carolina driver’s license.
• Minimum age 21; background check, pre-employment drug screen and physical required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in leasing Self-Storage units and answer calls.
• Open office during business hours and collect rent.
• Learn office paperwork during training for promotion to Property Manager.
• Clean and maintain the storage facility and supervise maintenance contractors.
• Prepare for promotion to Property Manager while gaining field experience.
