American Flag Storage in Greensboro, NC is seeking a Manager in Training to support leasing office duties and outdoor site maintenance. You will assist customers with rentals, collect payments, and learn office paperwork under a seasoned Property Manager for future promotion.

The role blends inside office tasks with outside site responsibilities, including supervising contractors and keeping common areas neat.

Qualifications

• Willingness to work with the public and provide excellent customer service.
• Must own reliable transportation.
• Minimum age of 21 years old.
• Clean Background check, Pre-Employment Drug Screen & Physical Required

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with leasing and payments in the office.
• Keep the office open during office hours and greet customers.
• Help keep storage facility clean and neat, inside and outside.
• Learn to supervise maintenance contractors with the Area Manager.
