Great Atlantic Management is seeking a Property Manager to oversee our Chester facility. You will interact with customers, determine storage space needs, execute rental agreements, and handle inquiries.

The role blends administrative work, customer service, and hands-on facility tasks. Ideal candidates bring at least 2 years of management experience in retail or sales, strong computer skills, precision, and a positive, customer-focused attitude.

• 2+ years of management experience in a retail or sales environment.
• Proficient with computers and common software.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers by qualifying storage needs, showing units, and selling supplies.
• Follow up on reservations and inquiries and prepare units for rent.
• Process daily payments and maintain accurate bank deposits.
• Contact delinquent customers and prepare accounts for auction.
• Maintain office cleanliness and property upkeep per standards.
• Coordinate maintenance tasks with the maintenance crew and follow safety guidelines.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
