Job summary

West Coast Self-Storage Group currently seeks an Assistant Property Manager to join our full-time team in a fast-paced retail environment. The role focuses on guiding customers through leasing, meeting occupancy goals, and delivering top-notch service across in-person and online channels.

The successful candidate will manage cash, maintain property standards, and handle office tasks while growing within our career path.

Qualifications

• Retail sales, cash handling and customer service experience.
• Ability to work independently to meet objectives.
• Weekend and some holidays availability is required.
• Basic computer skills and MS Office knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Show available units and guide customers through the leasing process.
• Meet retail sales and occupancy objectives.
• Provide exceptional customer service across in-person, phone, and web inquiries.
• Manage cash drawer and petty cash.
• Maintain property to West Coast’s standards and perform general office tasks.
• Other duties assigned by leadership.
